1. No payment through this website
The BuilderSetu public website does not collect payment details, accept online payments or start paid subscriptions. Exploring a demo, selecting a plan or preparing an enquiry does not create a charge or confirm a booking.
Because no payment is taken through this website, there is no website checkout transaction to cancel or refund.
2. Change or cancel a walkthrough
If you have arranged a conversation or walkthrough with the team, email info@buildersetu.com or call +91 9026231315 to request a different time or cancel. Please include the name and contact details used to arrange it.
A time is confirmed only when agreed directly with the team. An enquiry email or a prepared draft alone does not reserve a slot.
3. Before a paid engagement
For any later paid service, the written quotation or agreement should identify the service scope, fees, taxes, billing cycle, term, renewal process, implementation work and cancellation or refund conditions.
Review and agree to those terms before authorising payment. A plan description or illustrative screen on this website is not a substitute for that agreement.
4. Questions about an existing payment
If you have paid under a separate BuilderSetu agreement, send your concern to info@buildersetu.com with the invoice or reference number, date, service and reason for the request. Do not send card details, bank passwords or payment PINs.
Eligibility, any deductions and the applicable process depend on the agreed terms and mandatory law. Any approved amount, method and expected processing time should be confirmed in writing. This page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove statutory rights.
5. Construction and third-party payments
BuilderSetu's website does not receive or hold payments between an owner, builder, contractor, supplier or other project participant. Disputes about their work, purchases or payment arrangements must be raised with the parties responsible under their agreement.
