1. What this policy covers
This policy describes the BuilderSetu public marketing website and enquiries sent to its published contact details. It does not automatically cover a separately supplied customer workspace, third-party application or a construction firm's own data practices.
For website privacy questions or requests, contact info@buildersetu.com or +91 9026231315.
2. Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, role, email address and phone number, with an optional project city and message. A selected plan may also be included in your enquiry.
Typing alone does not submit these fields. When you choose online submission and it is available, the website sends your details to its Vercel-hosted enquiry endpoint, which records them in a restricted Google Sheet for the BuilderSetu team. The record includes a receipt timestamp, request reference, source and follow-up status. A received confirmation appears only when storage is confirmed. The enquiry handler does not deliberately record your IP address or browser identifier in the Sheet.
If you choose the email-draft alternative, the form prepares text in browser memory. Opening the draft passes the details to your email app, and BuilderSetu receives that email only when you send it. Copy message writes the prepared text to your clipboard at your request. An unavailable or failed submission does not show a received confirmation; your entries remain available in the form for you to review.
Email or telephone enquiries may include your contact details, message, project context and subsequent correspondence. Please share only what is needed to discuss your project.
3. Browsing and technical information
The website hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and access time to deliver and secure the website. The website also requests font styles and files from Google Fonts, which makes a connection from your browser to Google.
The site code does not currently include an advertising pixel, visitor analytics tracker, account registration, drawing upload or payment collection. Product screens, example locations and site photographs in demonstrations are illustrative content rather than records collected from you.
4. How enquiry information is used
When you contact us, we use the information you provide to understand your needs, answer questions, arrange a walkthrough if requested, discuss an appropriate scope and handle related support or business correspondence.
We do not use the public enquiry form to enrol you automatically in a marketing mailing list. You can ask us to stop optional follow-up communication. Information may also be used where needed to handle a legal obligation, security incident or dispute.
5. Browser preferences
Your light or dark theme choice is saved in local storage on your device so the appearance can remain consistent on your next visit. Motion preferences used by the page are kept for the current application session and respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
You can remove saved website data in your browser settings. The Cookies & Browser Storage page provides more detail. Form fields are not deliberately saved to local storage by the site. Your browser or email application may offer its own autofill or draft-saving features.
7. Retention and security
We keep received enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet relevant legal or record-keeping needs. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised. Provider logs and your own email drafts follow the respective provider's settings and retention practices.
No website, email service or network can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us about any specific security or data-handling requirements before sharing project documents. Please avoid sending passwords, identity documents or payment credentials in an initial enquiry.
8. Your requests and choices
You may ask what personal information you have shared with us, request a correction or deletion, withdraw permission for optional follow-up, or raise a privacy concern. Send your request to info@buildersetu.com and include enough context to identify the relevant correspondence.
We may ask for reasonable identity confirmation before disclosing or changing information. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law, including any requirements to retain certain records. You may also exercise rights available to you through the relevant authority under applicable law.
9. Children and third-party sites
This website is intended for adults and professionals exploring residential construction coordination. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information so the matter can be reviewed.
Links to external websites, Google Fonts, hosting providers or your email app are governed by those providers' privacy notices.
10. Updates and contact
We will update this policy when the website's actual information practices change. The date at the top shows the current version. If enquiry collection, analytics, payments or customer accounts are added, we will update the relevant notice and controls before those features are introduced.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@buildersetu.com or call +91 9026231315.
