2. Information and product previews

BuilderSetu presents a construction coordination workspace for builders, site teams and home or plot owners. The 3D building, mobile screens, project names, records, percentages, dates and forecasts shown here are illustrative examples.

A preview is not a live project record, an engineering certification or a promise that every demonstrated feature is available in every plan. Confirm the required modules, integrations, onboarding and availability with us before making a purchase decision.

3. Enquiries and walkthroughs

When online submission is available, the enquiry form sends your details to BuilderSetu and shows a received confirmation only after storage is confirmed. If online submission is unavailable, you can prepare an email draft and send it from your email application, or contact us directly. An enquiry does not confirm a booking, reserve a slot or create a payment obligation.

Provide accurate details and share only information you are authorised to share. You can request a change or cancel a proposed walkthrough by contacting the team.

4. Plans, prices and paid services

Plan descriptions help you compare possible scopes. Prices, taxes, access limits, implementation work, payment schedules, renewal terms and any cancellation or refund conditions must be confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement.

This website does not accept payments or activate a paid subscription. Do not treat an example screen or plan enquiry as an invoice, final quotation or accepted order.

Actual outcomes depend on the information supplied, site practices and how the team uses the tools; the website does not guarantee cost savings, completion dates or construction quality.
